Mureka V9 provides digital services through one-time credit purchases.

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are generally non-refundable, except as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • The purchased credits have not been used or consumed
  • No violation of our Terms of Service has occurred

Refund eligibility is determined at our sole discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Credits have been partially or fully used
  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • The request is based on change of mind
  • Misunderstanding of features, performance, or results
  • Improper or prohibited use of the Service
  • Abuse, fraud, or policy violations

4. Credit Usage

Credits are consumed when you use paid features within the Service.

Once credits are used, they are non-refundable.

Unused credits have no cash value and are not transferable.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents normal use of purchased credits:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of purchase
  • We will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer:
    • Credit restoration, or
    • A refund (if applicable)

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times depend on your payment provider.

Mureka V9 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

7. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of your account
  • Loss of remaining credits

We strongly encourage contacting support to resolve issues before initiating a dispute.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
